Functional Safety development of complex Radar platforms has many challenges with respect to internal distributed development between the platform (SEooC) and application (customer specific) teams. Both teams are working towards the success of the same company however, the goals and strategies are quite different; an interface boundary is never a true boundary and a black-box is never a true black-box.
